State-specific sales taxes will be automatically added to your total order (Product + Freight) unless your State does not collect tax on freight or you have a valid Sales and Use Tax Exemption Certificate. For confirmation of tax-exempt status, please Fax your Tax Exemption Certificate to the ValueRail™ Tax Department, Fax: 262-549-3466. Your ValueRail order can not be confirmed unless we receive your certificate and can validate your exemption from sales tax payment.

In general, you are not required to pay sales tax if you are a:

• Business purchasing goods for resale.
• Charitable or Religious Organization that uses the goods in the course of your regular charitable or religious functions.
• Federal, State or Local Government agency that uses the goods in the course of your regular government functions.
• Business purchasing goods with a "direct pay permit" issued by specific States. If this is the case, please Fax your permit to ValueRail for confirmation.
