All cancellations and returns require prior approval by a ValueRail™ representative and shipping costs must be prepaid. Returned material must be received in good condition and must pass incoming inspection before credit can be issued.
A 25% Restocking Fee will be charged. An RMA (Return Material Authorization) number is required to return any ValueRail product. Please print and complete the RMA form and mail (P.O. Box 89 Waukesha, WI 53187) or fax (262-549-3466) it directly to ValueRail Customer Support for authorization. Your request will be processed promptly and you will be advised of your Return Authorization Number (RMA) which must be referenced on your return shipping paperwork.
RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date they are issued.
A copy of the RMA form with the RMA number MUST be included with the returned product. Using a marking pen, please write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging material and make sure that the RMA Number is visible on all sides.
All returned goods require stable and secure packing, wrapping, or banding to a pallet sufficient to protect the product(s) during transport. Required packing steps, include:
- Wrap in foam or bubble wrap to cushion and protect each product.
- Secure ValueRail to a pallet with banding or stretch wrap.
- Write the RMA number on the outside of the protective packing material.
Use a traceable carrier for transport as they will provide you with a tracking number and proof of delivery.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE VOIDED AND REFUSED IF THE PRODUCT IS RECEIVED UNDER THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Product was damaged during transport as a result of bad packaging.
- Product is damaged, scratched, and in poor condition.
- Products do not match the quantity and description on the RMA Form.
AGREEMENT
I understand that the ValueRail I am returning must include the approved RMA number and RMA form. It will also be shipped pre-paid and properly packed to prevent unnecessary damage, otherwise credit will not be issued and the material will be returned to me at my cost, or scrapped without further notice.
